TERMS
Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the avops.in website or the AVops product.
Effective date: 11 October 2026
Who we are
These Terms are offered by AVops, which operates avops.in and the AVops product. Contact: support@avops.in.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping credentials safe, and for what your staff do with them. Tell us at support@avops.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse AVops: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe the service, and no uploading data you have no right to share.
AVops is a record-keeping and planning aid. It does not replace your obligations under DGCA rules, and you stay responsible for airworthiness, licensing and flight-safety decisions.
Fees and billing
Pricing, billing and refund terms for the paid product are agreed with each client during contract onboarding and recorded in that client’s agreement.
Your data
You own the data you put into AVops and we process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
Some AVops features are still planned. We may change or withdraw features, and will give notice of material changes. Any service-level commitments are agreed with each client at the time of contract onboarding and are recorded in that client’s agreement.
Website content
The avops.in website and its content are provided free of charge and “as is”, for general information only. To the extent permitted by law, AVops is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing on it is professional, legal, regulatory or airworthiness advice. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to the website and these terms
You may stop using the website at any time. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, or block access for misuse, at any time without notice. We will post material changes to these terms on this page and update the effective date; continued use means you accept them. Any notice period or termination right for a paid product is set out in that client’s agreement. What happens to your data is covered in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
