For charter operators

Air charter operations software for India

AVops gives a small aircraft charter operator one record of what can fly and who can fly it. That covers aircraft status and maintenance due, pilot licences and medicals, flight logs and every change in between. It is built for operators with one to ten aircraft and keeps your data in India.

One answer to “can we take this flight?”

When a charter request comes in, the answer depends on the aircraft, the crew and the paperwork. Is the aircraft airworthy, with enough hours before its next check? Are the pilots’ licences and medicals in date? Are the aircraft’s documents current? AVops shows all of it from one record, and warns at booking and dispatch if anything on file affects the flight.

What AVops does for a charter operator

  • Aircraft readiness. Status, hours, cycles, base and documents for every tail number.
  • Maintenance due by hours and calendar, with a schedule for charter flying that your engineers own. More on maintenance tracking.
  • Pilot credentials. Licence, rating and medical expiries with escalating reminders.
  • Flight logs and logbooks. Digital entries with automatic hour totals, Hobbs check-out and check-in, and VFR/IFR route legs.
  • Snags and AOG. Defects raised from the ramp, with AOG status visible to anyone planning a flight.
  • Receipts in rupees from each aircraft’s wet or dry price per Hobbs hour.
  • A full change history. Who changed what and when, exportable for any aircraft or pilot.

What AVops is not

AVops is the operational record for your fleet and people. It is not a charter booking marketplace, a quoting engine or an airline scheduling system, and it does not replace your operations manual or regulatory obligations.

AVops is pre-launch, and we’re shaping the charter workflows with operators now. If your operation needs something specific, tell us in the demo.

Questions

Can we run training and charter aircraft in the same account?
Yes. Training and charter aircraft can each have their own maintenance schedule in one organisation.
Does it work from the ramp?
Yes. AVops is built mobile-first for the hangar and the ramp.
Where is our data kept?
In India, with each organisation’s data kept separate and access controlled by role.
