Privacy notice

This notice covers the avops.in website: what we collect when you visit or book a demo, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It does not cover the AVops product, which has its own terms for customers.

What we collect and why

When you send the demo form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), organisation and message, and use them only to reply and arrange a demo. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you view, clicks, approximate location, device and browser, so we can learn which pages are useful. Like any website, our server logs record IP addresses and browser details to keep the site running and secure.

We don’t sell personal data, use it for advertising, or ask for more than the form shows. Please don’t send sensitive information such as medical details through the form.

Cookies and analytics

We use one optional tool, Google Analytics. It loads only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner; if you choose Reject or ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. The website uses no other cookies, and its fonts and video are served from avops.in itself.

Who processes it

We use Google to host the website, store demo requests (in India) and deliver them to our inbox, and, only if you accept, for analytics, which may be processed outside India.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are deleted from our database automatically 24 months after you send them, and we delete the email copies on the same schedule. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. If you become a customer, your customer agreement covers what we hold from then on.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, or to delete it; withdraw consent you have given; nominate someone to act for you; and raise a grievance. To do any of these, go to our contact page.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you’re in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent for analytics and on our legitimate interest in replying to your demo request, and you have the equivalent rights under the GDPR, including complaining to your local data protection authority.

Children

The website is meant for aviation businesses and isn’t directed at anyone under 18.
